From groundbreaking stories of medical innovation to travelling back through time to meet key figures in the fight against disease, you can focus on one theme or cover several in a day, all at your own pace.

Useful information

Class sizes

There is no minimum class size for self-led visits. If you are unsure about how to calculate the cost of your visit, or have questions about your group size, please contact [email protected] 

We ask that you bring 1 adult for every six primary school students and 1 adult for every 15 secondary school students. Please let us know if this is not possible for your visit. 

SEND groups

We offer visits and workshops for SEND groups. Please email us on [email protected] to discuss how we can support your students.

Small groups

We offer special rates for smaller groups. Please contact us at [email protected] to find out more about our pricing for groups of up to 18 students.

Payment

All payments are due promptly after your visit has taken place. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions via email after your visit. 

Cancellations

Please contact us via [email protected] if you need to cancel or amend your booking.  

If you cancel less than 28 days before your visit is due to take place, you will be charged your full original fee. Where availability allows, there will be an option to rearrange your visit.
