Unheard Voices: Getaway Girls x Thackray Audio Trail

Unheard Voices is a trail created by nine young people from the charity Getaway Girls, whose work focuses on empowering girls and young women in Leeds.

Together with a team of artists and museum staff, the young people got to know the galleries. They identified stories that were missing, found people that inspired them, and delved into areas they wanted to know more about.

Visitors to the museum can pick up a trail booklet to see the girls’ creative responses, but you can also hear their words in their own voices below!
