Say Aah! workshop

You’ll never feel like you’ve bitten off more than you can chew again after this workshop! Open wide as we delve into dentistry and uncover the importance of our teeth and the best ways to look after them.

What will my students do in this session?

  • Students will perform a hands-on experiment to demonstrate the beginning of digestion, handle real historical dentistry objects and compare different animal teeth ‘up close’ and personal. 
  • Practice two minutes brushing on a giant mouth, discover how animals’ teeth are different to ours and how people looked after their teeth in the past.
