We’ve loved welcoming you to The Night Before NHS Christmas – our immersive new Christmas experience.
As you wander through the museum, intricate paper sculptures by artist Andy Singleton will bring the stories of hardworking NHS heroes to life — with care, creativity, and a great big dollop of festive feeling.
Every weekend, award-winning theatre company Wrongsemble will add an additional dose of medical magic, bringing our galleries to life through pop-up performances of theatre and song across our building throughout the day. Take part in the great hospital baby race, waltz with skeletons and receive a musical diagnosis from our in-house medical team!
There will also be a host of Christmas crafts across the museum for all ages. Be sure not to leave without contributing to our Christmas Wishing Tree, create a decoration inspired by Andy Singleton’s work, and join in the ward Christmas party with your very own festive crown.
Don’t worry though, we’ll be open for most of the Christmas break and there’ll be plenty of time to visit.
